OPTIMISM: How to stay positive

Today I'm going to write about the benefit of being optimist.

Optimism is part of the self-furfilling prophecy that allow us to become more successful in the long run. Sometimes our cognitive illusion prevent us from aspiring our ultimate dreams. The more optimism a person has, then the higher positive future events will overcome. Hope help us form the belief that our future will be much better than the past along with the present. If you want to make progress, then you will need to be able to imagine alternative realities that are better. You must be able to set goals that are reachable for your touch and won't be to high for you to lose interest. Faith will help motivate us to achieve our goals and achievements.

Top 5 favorite drugstore products!

Hey everyone! I am going to talk about some products that will also help you save money. So in other words, I was inspired to make this blog post, because of my daughter, Andreea. Please check out her beauty channel "wellpal7" on youtube http://www.youtube.com/wellpal7 I thought it would be a great idea, because it will be a great way to same money for the summer!

1) Skip the designer brand! Go all nuts for the forever 21 clothes:)

They have astonishing fashion taste for any age rage! My daughter absolutely loves that store by heart and she has dragged me in there a lot of times to help "improve" my fashion:o I do agree that it isn't that exorbitant in price and also that many of the pieces are usually in "fashion", but you can be the judge of that:o

2) If you want to have the flawless long lashes, then don't be afraid to wear the Ardell #301 False Lashes! These are very durable and the cheapest pairs that I have found so far!! They absolutely beat the price of any high end brand false eyelash (including MAC). Just make sure that you use the Dou false eye lash glue, because the ones that come with the fake eyelashes are not that good:o

3) My daughter mentioned this in her video, but the Covergirl LastBlastVolume Mascara is absolutely without a doubt one of the best mascaras that we have ever tried out! It is very cheap and the quality is very nice! I never recommend people to get a mascara from a high end makeup brand, because they usually don't give you the wonderful pretty long lashes you have been dreaming of.

How to be Healthy

Today, I will be talking about what is the key to having a healthy life. The first thing that I do want to mention is that many things do have an effect on our life and it is very true that not everything is good. As a matter of fact, I can't really recall anything that is absolutely perfect and by having that said, I just want to let you all know how no human being is flawless. Moving on to what you guys want to read about would be all the basic steps to getting a healthier life.

Beauty is also reflected on how healthy you are:o

1) Drink more water!

I know that you guys have all heard this tips, but it really does influence the health of your life.

2) Get a lot of good night sleep:) ZzZzZzZz

When you go to bed at night, you should make sure that your room is completely dark, because whether you believe this or not, you will let your brain rest a lot better! Another tips to sleeping well is to feel warm and the reason you would want to do this is so that you may relax and have your blood circulate a lot easier.

3) Eat more fruits.

I see many kids, teens, and adults these days who always rely on junk food. Try your best by replacing the fat snacks with fruits and vegetables! This might actually be able to help get into a better shape:D

4) Be active

Spend your days outside especially since summer is around the corner. You may want to go to the park with your friends on a sunny day instead of spending it in the mall like you would usually do:o

5) Last but definitely not least, always be happy:D

Stop stressing out over the iota things that don't matter, because if you tend to do that to much, then you will never love yourself for who you are. Happiness will absolutely turn your day around to the point where you are very capable of face new challenges!

Blake Lively and Selena Gomez fashion and side ponytail insperation

Hey everyone!! So today I am just going to be talking about some fashion style tips that Andreea has taught me:) In the video to the left, you see her wearing a really cute outfit that is totally wearable on an everyday basis! It does show up to be a little bit bold, but it is very cute and daring at the same time! If you want to have fabulous hair that is healthy, then what you will need to do is, braid your hair at night and make sure that you have formed a loose type of braid. The next step would be to try to make sure that you get all you hair in even spots as well! In the morning, you should be able to take out your braids and run your hands through your hair and find out that you got fun beachy hair. All that is now left for you to do is to apply some hair product that you like to style your hair with and use a clear hair band or bobby pins to form the perfect side ponytail. If you want it to look even better, then I recommend touching it up with a curling iron:) This look is very in for the summer and gives many girls the flirty look that they desire! I wish you the best of luck on getting your perfect hair do for any special occasion!

how to make your hair healthy, shiny, and grow w/ argon oil

If you want your hair to be healthy, shiny, and grow longer then deep conditioned at least every month. This will help moisturize your hair!! I know that sounds very weird and funny, but it is very true. Every girl who feels that their hair is very dry should try this out or if they always straighten/curly their hair with a heat styling product, then they will have to condition it. In the video Andreea shows how it is done and what product she like to use!
